Appointment's Post II



This post is for threading with Shikamaru anytime and anywhere. It can be used for action tags or the ping feature on journals (voice or written) to get in contact with him for personal conversations. This will be used primarily for anything that you don't feel like would take place in a regular log or post.

[Almost before Vash has even finished his final sentence, Shikamaru is shaking his head.]

No, no loans.

[It's not as bad as it would be, accepting money from Tony Stark. But fairly, if he can't ask for help with this from his own father, he doesn't think he has the cause to bother someone else with it. He and his mom are so close to pulling this off on their own, after all these sacrifices.]

Alright, no loans. [He's not surprised. It's an offer he's also offered Makie in the past, but when it's about the only thing he can offer it's hard not to.] But if you do need say, a gift? Or just dinner made up one day don't hesitate to call, alright?

[He knows medication isn't exactly cheap.]

[He tosses a wave casually as he turns away.]

It's a good day every day, Vash.

[No it isn't, and he makes no attempt to hide it with the drawl of his words. But maybe someday he'll say it and mean it.]

Yeah, I know. [As it's the kind of line Vash is use to giving to others, he's just a bit better at faking it. He just doesn't fault Shikamaru for it.] I'll see you around.

[And Vash turns to go back into the group of strikers. Getting a slug in the arm and told once more about how terrible he was at it when he tries once again to tell the others to stop throwing things. Luckily, Vash is a well liked guy, so they don't do more than that and ignore him.]
